Meditation aims to calm yourself and to get in touch with your inner consciousness to find harmony and peace of mind. We strive to be present in the moment and in a deeper dimension of ourself.
I'm using the Buddhist tradition of mindfulness of breathing, which gradually deepens our concentration and the presence and Metta Bhavana, which is about the development of loving-kindness.

I also use yoganidra as a deep relaxation to create awareness, peace and harmony.

My ambition is to help you to find a meditation form that suits you.
A tool that you can use to find harmony, awareness, presence, and the all-encompassing love !
